Donations and contributions from patrons and memberships are used 100% locally in Africa, in projects that we know personally and are also personally involved in locally.
We work closely with local organizations on the ground that have the necessary expertise and cultural sensitivity to make the projects successful and sustainable.
We also select our projects carefully to ensure effectiveness and sustainability. We attach great importance to transparency and accountability – we want our supporters to have the guarantee that their contributions are used 100% for the local projects and that their contributions make a positive difference in the lives of local people. Together we can bring about positive change and create a sustainable future.

In order to be able to realise our projects, we are also dependent on financial donations. We are happy about any support and thank you very much.
Heart in Africa is a non-profit association recognised by the tax authorities in Switzerland. Therefore, donations can be deducted from taxes throughout Switzerland. For donations of CHF 50 or more, we automatically issue a donation receipt. For donations below this amount, you can of course request a receipt.

Patronage is a voluntary annual contribution. Heart in Africa is a non-profit association recognised by the tax authorities in Switzerland. Voluntary contributions can therefore be deducted from taxes in Switzerland.
